  • Death by Chocolate
    If you have been sentenced to Death by Chocolate then this is how we should all go. Layers of rich, moist brownie are topped with dark chocolate mousse, and a rich and velvety chocolate ganache. This Desserts by Dana specialty is notorious for breaking a diet or two or even ten. It is to die for!

  • Rum Mocha Chocolate Cake
    Dark chocolate mousse, rich and velvety mocha chocolate ganache with a hint of rum.

  • Mango Cheese Cake
    Silky smooth cheese cake infused with sweet mango!

Dana Herbert, owner of Desserts by Dana, resides in Bear, Delaware. Chef Herbert lives and breathes in the sweet and artistic world of pastry art, where flavor and color come to life in his wonderful wedding cakes, sugar sculptures, and custom cakes for all occasions. Dana is an expert sugar artist with a number of nicknames. He’s best known as “The Sugar Daddy” because of his work with pulled and blown sugar, but is also known as Delaware’s “King of Cakes.”
